Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Netherlands: 1–3 business days.
EU countries: 3–7 business days (depending on carrier and customs).
Outside EU: on request — please contact us before ordering.
Which carrier do you use?
We mainly ship with PostNL and DHL. All shipments include tracking.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship across Europe. For non-EU countries, please contact us first to confirm shipping options and costs.
Payment
Which payment methods are available?
We accept iDEAL, Klarna (Pay Later), Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Can I pay later?
Yes. We offer post-payment options (such as Klarna or Riverty) in line with EU requirements. Availability may differ per country.
Products & Pre-orders
Are your products sealed and authentic?
Yes. All items are factory sealed and sourced directly from official distributors.
Do you sell single cards?
Currently we focus on sealed products such as booster boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, and bundles. Singles may be added in the future.
How do pre-orders work?
Pre-orders ship on or shortly after release day, depending on stock arrival.
Orders containing multiple items will be shipped once all products are in stock (unless otherwise agreed).
Release dates are provided by publishers (e.g. Pokémon, Bandai) and may change. Grind Cards is not responsible for such delays.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a product?
Yes. Sealed and unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery, in line with EU consumer law. As an additional service, Grind Cards offers a 30-day goodwill return policy. See our Return Policy page for details.
Do I pay for return shipping?
Yes. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, unless the product was damaged on arrival or sent incorrectly.
Can I return opened booster packs or boxes?
No. Once the factory seal is broken, returns are not accepted. This applies to boosters, Elite Trainer Boxes, displays, and bundles.
What happens if I refuse a delivery or do not pick it up?
The order will be returned to us automatically. Refunds are only issued for sealed and unopened products, minus the original shipping costs.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
