What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept iDEAL, Klarna (Pay Later), Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

All transactions are processed securely, and no payment details are stored.

What is your return policy?

A: You can return sealed and unopened products within 14 days of delivery.

As an extra service, Grind Cards offers a 14-day goodwill return.

Opened products (like booster packs or boxes with broken seals) can’t be returned.

Can I change or cancel my order?

A: Orders can be changed or canceled only before shipment.

Once your order has been processed or shipped, we can't modify it.

Products

Are your products sealed and authentic?

A: Yes. All our items are factory sealed and sourced directly from official distributors.

How do pre-orders work?

A: Pre-orders ship on or shortly after release day, depending on stock arrival.

If you order multiple items together, we'll ship once everything is in stock (unless you request split shipping).

Publisher release dates (Pokémon, Bandai, etc.) may shift — Grind Cards isn't responsible for those delays

How long does shipping take?

  • Netherlands: 1–3 business days
  • EU: 3–7 business days (depending on carrier & customs)
  • Outside EU: contact us for estimates

Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we ship across Europe and selected international countries.

For non-EU destinations, please contact us to confirm available options and shipping rates.

How can I track my order?

A: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email.

Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update.

If your tracking hasn't moved for more than 7 days, email info@grindcards.com for help.
