Refund & Return Policy

1. Return eligibility
You may return sealed and unopened products within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer law.
To start a return, please email info@grindcards.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Condition of returned products
Returned items must be:
Factory sealed and in original packaging
Free from damage, wear, or missing parts
Products that have been opened, unsealed, or used (such as booster packs, boxes, or Elite Trainer Boxes) cannot be returned due to the collectible nature of TCG products.
3. Return shipping costs
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
If an item was damaged on arrival or incorrectly shipped, Grind Cards will cover the return cost or offer a replacement.
We recommend using a tracked shipment to avoid loss or delay.
4. Refund process
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified by email.
Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days using the same payment method you used at checkout (unless you request otherwise).
Shipping costs paid on the original order are non-refundable, except when the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged product.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
To replace an item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order through our website.
6. Pre-orders
Pre-orders can be cancelled before shipment only if the product release is officially delayed or cancelled by the publisher.
Once shipped, normal return rules apply (only sealed and unopened products accepted).
7. Damaged or missing items
If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, notify us within 3 business days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
8. Exclusions
Returns are not accepted for:
Opened or unsealed products
Digital goods (e.g., gift cards)
Items sold under clearance or special promotions marked “Final Sale”
